Potomac Falls Anglican Church meets at 10 a.m. on Sundays
at Horizon Elementary School in Cascades.

Horizon Elementary School is located at 46665 Broadmore Drive, between Cascades Parkway and Potomac View Road.  From Route 7, take Cascades Parkway north toward Cascades. Go 1.5 miles to Broadmore Drive. Turn right. Horizon Elementary School will be on your right. Use the doors to the right of the main entrance (west end) to enter the school.

Our office address is 46859 Harry Byrd Highway, Suite 101, Sterling, VA, 20164. We are located on the south side of Route 7 between Dranesville Road and Sterling Blvd. Look for a white building with a bright blue Coldwell Banker awning. It’s right between Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church and the Ford dealership.
