We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/PO Box destinations. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if necessary, process a reshipment for your order. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case.
