At Beyond Yoga, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/PO Box destinations. Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds as outlined in our policy. Please note that additional lead time may be required for certain locations. At Beyond Yoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the United States and its territories.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if necessary, process a reshipment for your order. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case.
Refused Shipments
